GLADZOR - famous University Gladzor was founded in 1280 is situated 5 km from Yeghegnadzor to the North. Gladzor University was a famous medieval Armenian educational and scientific institution.

JERMOUK - is about 173 km from Yerevan and is located on the upper slopes of the Arpa River. It is a small resort town in the region of favorable mountainous climatic conditions, with cool summer and mild winters. This is site of the mineral springs that produces Jermouk water that is popular throughout the country. Jermouk is situated at 2100 meters above sea level and is surrounded by woods and alpine meadows.

GNDEVANK - “Vayots Dzor,, was a ring without a stone, I cut and set that stone in the ring” , said Princess Sophia, the founder of Gndaevank in 936. The monastery is a true marvel in that mountainous region. Gndevank is situated not far from the Jermouk Spa, on the left side of the River Arpa valley, in a beautiful landscape.
