OVERNIGHT IN YEREVAN
Yerevan…. rose-colored capital even during winter time….most of its buildings is garnished with a pink shade of “tuf” stone which is quarried in Armenia. This is the most prominent feature of Yerevan – “Pink Yerevan…”
Our trip today begins with Yerevan - the capital of Armenia.
Walking around we’ll have a stop in the Cascade, which is a huge white stairwell built on a Yerevan hillside in the 1970s, with water fountains running down the sides, all reminiscent of a natural river or stream.
It connects the central district to Haghtanak Park -“Victory” Park to the center of the city.
The structure has escalators so that it is unnecessary to manually ascend the stairs all the way to the top
Let’s just walk through Northern Avenue which is home to a number of fashion stores, shops and many restaurants and coffee-shops.
We will have a chance to see how Armenians decorate the Christmas Trees in the town with the combination of traditions and creativities.
New Year's Eve - the day is a preparation day to welcome NEW YEAR!!!
EVENING:
NEW YEAR PARTY!!!
Be ready for an extra special New Year's Eve celebration in Yerevan.

Tsaghkadzor is surrounded by forests on the eastern slope of Mt. Tsaghkuniats. Located in one of the most beautiful areas of the country, the town exists as a resort.
In the winter, all eyes are on Tsaghkadzor, which is for today Armenia’s ski resort. There are excellent conditions for off-piste skiing and snowboarding especially on the Teghenis Mountain for which we can use Chair Lift. So just keep ready your ski, skate and snowboard clothing: goggles, gloves, warm hat and etc. to enjoy your winter holiday here. By the way you can find all ski, skate and snowboard equipment in the town by ranting.
OVERNIGHT IN YEREVAN
MEALS: Breakfast
This morning we will travel to Garni, the location of the rare pre-Christian pagan temple maintained in Armenia.
Later on, we will reach Geghard (Cave monastery) architectural complex (12-13th centuries) (UNESCO), carved out of one monolithic rock. Due to the extraordinary acoustics, when the local monk begins to sing in this chamber it is hard to believe a large choir isn’t singing… be aware it is only one man… A visit to Geghard is truly a spiritual experience.
The day will be unforgettable... so we depart to Ararat Region where Holy Biblical Mount Ararat rises from a flat plain and dominate the skyline of Armenia's capital, Yerevan. Our journey is spiced with the amazing view of snow-capped Mt. Ararat: “The blessed Mountain for Armenians”. Khor Virap - the monastery is the site where St. Gregory the Illuminator was incarcerated and is a place of pilgrimage.
