In order to confirm your tour arrangements and all reservations a minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour package price is required . The balance is to be paid no less than 60 days prior to the date of travel. Payments can be made by bank wire transfer, bank cheque, or credit card.
Please note that we are currently unable to offer online payment facilities. All credit card payments are processed manually.
Reservations made or requested less then 60 days from the intended date of travel will require full payment. Your credit card will not be charged until we are able to confirm your reservations. When your tour is confirmed we will send you a confirmation by email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
All cancellation requests must be received in writing. The effective date of cancellation is the date that written notice is received by SIMA Tours by email or fax. The amount reimbursed, in case of cancellation, is based on the amount of notice given to SIMA Tours .

Cancellation by SIMA Tours
As a rule the Agency will not cancel your tour unless any exceptional circumstances such as flight cancellations, “force majeure”, civil and political unrest or war.
We will offer you an alternative tour package if we cancel one. If this is not acceptable to you, we will refund all payments. Note please that we are not responsible for any casual expenses you may have arisen.
Passport/Visa (free entrance for the European and U.S. citizens to Armenia)
A valid passport is required for international travel with an expiry date of at least 6 months after your return.
Please verify if you require a Visa for Armenia. All clients are responsible for obtaining their own Visa. To get familiar with the Visa (free entrance for the European citizens) regulations in effect for visiting Armenia please apply to the nearest Armenian embassy for detailed information. Visas are very easy to obtain – 2 days online!!
Complaints
If you have any complaint about your trip, you must make it known at the earliest opportunity to SIMA Tours local representative, who will normally be able to resolve the current issue. If you are not satisfied, you should notify us in writing and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
